How can I get this debris out? I took light off and messed around with it but can’t figure anything out.

Unfortunately tail lights are plastic welded together so they can't be opened up and cleaned. No easy fix for that aside from trying compressed air with the lamp removed and bulbs out

+ if you can make a flexible wand to attach to the compressed air gun (and lower the pressure) you may be able to push them. Question is where they got inside so you can push them that way.

Yeah that’s what puzzling as I’m sure they are sealed up tight. I can’t figure out how they get in. I just bought it recently and they were in there from the PO. Will retry removing the lamb and bulbs + compressed air

I dunno about later models but my 2013 has something of a flap that is still an external element of the light. Spiders and small things do tend to get wedged in there but compressed air from the outside can knock them loose.
