I have a 2000 100 series and the powder coating has peeled from the main aluminum rails (front to back rails). I have access to a powder coater, but cannot see how the rails are removed. Does anyone know if they can be removed without removing the head liner? I would appreciate any advice. Thank you,

Welcome to the forum! You can use the search function to find items listed in older threads like Hoser has stated, but here are some hints for the rack.
The front & rear ends of the rack are covers, use a small screw driver and pry up on them at the gasket or the gap between the rail. You will have to use a "Torx" bit to remove the screws. Good luck!

Campfire - look out behind you !!!!!

The roof reflection in your second pic reveals a huge cat's face sat in the tree watching you (and that rather nice red screw driver) ...

(go on, lean your head to the left, you'll see it ...)
