Hey guys, as some of you know I have recently bought a new-to-me 2013 LC. You all have been very helpful with my questions so far and I hope you can help me find answers to some points below too:

1. I have a sticker (It looks like an OEM sticker) under the hood saying this car has remote start. However, I have tried at-least 20 times all sorts of combos but can't get it to work. Any tips to figure out if the system is still there or was uninstalled? Maybe also get a build sheet (how to get one?) to confirm if this was a dealer option?

2. I replaced the low beam lights with Osram Xenarc Intense and am loving them. However, due to the battery disconnect during install, power windows and door locks from driver side do not work now. None of the power windows work from any of the side. Tried following the reset instructions by turing on ignition and pushing down for 5 seconds and then up for 5 seconds but nothing worked. Most other people have only the driver side switches not work, for me it is all power window switches on each door + driver side power lock switch.

3. It looks like an additional FM/XM antenna but does anyone know what it is? I don't want to pry open panels to track it. I don't see an accessory mount or any signs of accessories inside the cabin. Worst case, I will just cut the cable, tuck it under the panel, and throw the antenna away if not supporting anything mission critical.

That is an after market alarm system with remote start.

#1: That doesn't look like the OEM sticker, I thought it was yellow.

#3: I have an antenna very similar to that in the same spot, and it is for the CompuStar remote start system.

do you have an additional non-Toyota key fob?
No I wasn't given any additional remotes by the seller. But I have messaged him asking if he's got it. Compustar will probably sell me a replacement remote if it turns out to be a compustar module.

I guess I am going to remove some panels and see what make/model the system is and how to make it working again!

Compustar does say that factory OEM remote is compatible with their system but my Toyota keyfob hasn't done remote star even after trying many times.

I know what it is!!
It is a Compustar CM7200 remote start unit. I pried open some panels and traced the wiring. The antenna is a 4pin antenna so the previous owner likely had a 3mile remote (still trying to contact him and get the remote). I also found a Drone 3G device underneath with a SIM. Drone and Compustar units are both connected. The combined system allows GPS tracking, geofencing, speed alerts, remote lock/unlock/starting from mobile app anywhere in the world.

I can't use the 3g GPS tracking unit because 3g isn't supported anymore. Drone is running an upgrade campaign where they will give you a new 4G device if you purchase 1year subscription from them. I will try to get that upgrade and will swap out the old 3G unit.
A new Compustar remote can be purchased and synced too. So if the previous owner doesn't send it, I will just buy one and pair it to the system. Compustar does mention that toyota OEM remote work too... but they don't in my case. Maybe they also will need to be paired first..
