2007 RCLB 2wd. My first Tundra I got 3 yrs ago. It was pretty beat cosmetically when I got it. Found a new box and
threw a nice Sitka Green paint job on it. Originally it was Silver which I didn’t care for anyways. Ironic now. It’s low Kms
4.7 5 spd SR5. I’ve done all I can to make it nice. New used chrome side mirrors with puddle lights, new used rear bumper
and nicer wheels. It’s a beautiful truck now, really nice city truck. I went with an SOS lowering kit and SOS airbags. It makes
the rear springs SUA with the kit. It handles much better. Bit of exhaust modification was all that needed to be done. Here’s a
couple of pics.

After 3 yrs I realized the 2wd was really nice for city stuff. Dump runs, getting yards of mulch and
pallets of lumber. The airbags are incredible. Make easy to carry max loads and it handles like a dream.
So I got carried away looking for a 4wd. I got lucky when one showed up late one Friday night.
I was on a ferry over to Burnaby next morning.
2010 RCSB 5.7 6 spd Base model. Cosmetically just like Pound Puppy it needs some love. The 5.7
is a monster compared to the 4.7. I didn’t think it would be much stronger, but it’s quite a difference.
I swapped the nicer wheels over to the ‘07. Swapped the black mirrors over. It’s tough. I’m painting the
nose of the grill to smooth out the front end look. I’m looking forward to having actual 4wd this next winter and not worrying about whether I can get there. Black interior is nicer than the SR5.

They do make a good looking pair Sorry to see the ‘07 going up for sale soon.
Got to repair a paint scratch but can’t afford to keep two. The 2010 is going to get the same
lowering kit and airbags as the ‘07. Same suspension same clearance. Makes it handle better
and carry a load. It’s going to be a keeper. New tires in a year or two.
