Recovery points front and rear whatcha got? Pics (1 Viewer)

Like the title says I am interested in other forum members posting pics and thought of their recovery points.

@TRAIL TAILOR has what you need. Just be sure to also get the spacers that go with your new ARB bar. The frame will come apart before the recovery points do.

I went with Grade 12.9 M14x1.5x70mm. I think the OEM bolts are not strong enough for recovery. Maybe to tow with or tied the vehicle down. And yes, I would get shackles with it

Cool. Thanks. Where did you get the bolts from? Would mine need to be longer since I have an arb front bumper?

If you have an ARB, I think you'll need the spacers and longer bolts. I bought it at a local hardware store, King Bolts. Tow Point Spacers 60 80 100 Series

By looking at this picture the bottom of the bumper is flat where the mounts go and he uses the frame holes where the tow points bolt up. I'd get M14 x 1.5 x 50mm bolts and should be good to go.

You’d need shackles of some sort. Soft shackles work great for these. And they tuck nicely into cargo area compartments and don’t rattle around.

And you can buy bolts from TT as well, I think. I did.

So where did you get your recovery point bolts. I believe stock are 60mm long... I need anothe 1/2 in the way my tjm bumper is on, so I was looking for 70mm also. No one in town seems to have the 14 1.5. Only the 2.0 thread. And were they 14$ each? !thanks just curious
