I need Ball joints , shocks, brakes, timing belt and water pump replaced

Cruiser Outfitters can get you parts, but they usually stick to installing suspension kits, compressors, etc. For what you need, I agree with @Trunk Monkey - State Auto is where it's at. Dustin knows Land Cruisers really well. I had them do my water pump and timing belt when I bought my LX.
