My 4 week old GSD brought this to my back door. Anybody know what it is? I'm in central Arkansas and skull was about 5 inches long.

I can't tell from looking, is that the whole body, or just the skull?

Skull only. There was a little bit if vertebrae.
It's a little tough to see detail in the picture, but it sort of looks like a coon skull, or possibly skunk or opossum.
Looks like a possum skull. Does it have a high thin bony arch (sagittal crest) at the rear of the skull? Looks like it might from the photo. Dentition and what's left of the fur looks like possum.

That looks to be a very big canine tooth, I'd say dog or coyote.
Yep, not a opossum with that. I'd say a small boar.

You might be right there Corey. They sure don't look like they have fangs when they still have lips on, just a long snout with a zillion short teeth.
'Possum. What little hair that is left is gray, and possums have gray hair. MEMCruiser's dog probably found a road killed possum and came home with the head.
