Rebuilding 4x4 actuator

Parts are hard to come by for the 4x4 actuator in an fj62 apparently, so I decided I'd post how I rebuilt mine. I removed the part from the truck, (4pc. 12mm bolts), then tried to separate the two halves of the round part (6pc. 10mm bolts). Every single one broke. So I had to drill the holes through by hand and use a nut on the other side to hold them. I then lapped the two parts flat again and reassembled. The aluminum parts cleaned up well with drain cleaner and a wire brush. The rubber diaphragm cleaned up okay with some dish soap and time. It's not a difficult job, but I figured I'd post it just in case anyone was interested. This is a video I took
