Rear toe and thrust angle off on lx570, steering wheel off too after new alignment (1 Viewer)

Hi All - new to me 2018lx570. 129k, no accidents reported. Put on new michelins and got an alignment wit the following printout. Noticed the steering wheel is off center ot the left a efw degrees, but noticeable. Called the shop already for them to take a look, but should I be asking them to isnepct for damage to the rear axle or soemthing else? The rear #s seem way off for a solid axle. Hopefully I didnt buy a car with undisclosed damage. Other thought is maybe their machine was not calibrated correctly.
