Does anyone know which 100 Series model is equipped with the largest diameter rear sway bar? I know the large dia bar is bad for articulation but I want to reduce some on-road body roll. Perhaps a late-model Land Cruiser or a model from the Middle East comes with a larger bar vs my '01 US bar??

Really bad idea to stiffen just one end, particularly the rear. Basic suspension law: stiffen the end you want to slide. If you were to do so on the rear alone you'd decrease the stability of the vehicle and increase the tendency to over steer. If you're a 00+ with VSC it would act to reduce this tendency, but still a bad idea for this type of vehicle.

I'd give Slee a call and see what the recommend as a spring/shock recipe for tightening things up.

My calipers say the stock rear bar is 24mm in diameter. This makes the 27mm Whiteline rear bar a really nice step up in the quest for roll reduction.

Now all I need to do is find a some OE Toyota sway bar bushings that will fit the 27mm bar since I would prefer to stay away from polyurethane bushings.

The OE front sway bar is larger than the rear... would that bushing fit in the rear? I dunno. Also not sure why you don't want to replace both the front and rear sway bars?

FWIW, the TRD sway bars (not available in the US) are the same spec as the whiteline bars.
