I was at CCOT today and saw the metal shop, and left with body panels. Very, very nice high quality stuff.

Does anyone have a few close-up shots of the "9/76 to 1/79" CCOT sill/channel set showing the inside construction of the horns, etc.? Are there captivated nuts for the tire carrier on the horn?

I've read the channel "cover" is 16 ga? Anyone know what the actual thickness is on the "support" channel and if it's a good match for stock (around .074 inch on my 78)?
