Sorry a quick search and through the FAQ and no luck.

No need to pull the diff out in order to replace a leaking rear pinion seal, just flange, dust shield and pull, some how the seal?
 
Sort of. You can replace the pinion seal without tearing the diff apart. However unless you had your pinion spacer set up as a fixed length spacer instead of the more typical (and the way they come from Toyota) crush sleeve you're going to need to be careful you don't compress the crush sleeve, beyond how it was when the diff was set up, when you tighten the pinion nut back up.
 
Yes, count the number of turns the nut takes to come out and tighten the same number of turns to finish up. If all goes well, the locking tab should match the pinion mark. Don't use an impact driver.
