My rear muffler bracket is rusted/broke off. THe tail pipe is resting/bouncing on the axle housing.
The bracket is still there. It broke off at the muffler.
Is this something that can be welded, anyone done it?

sure it can be welded up. Or use my method........a hose clamp :D

did the pipe rust through or is there still pipe left to weld to? if it can be welded an exhaust shop will not charge much to fix it, would only be a 5 min job

My old 91 did the same thing. 5 bucks for a weld at the mom & pop muffler and I was good to go.

Its the barcket that is welded to the rear top of muffler (I don't know why I added clamp)..
