Rear locker? No button? (2 Viewers)

I just got a new to me 2000 Land Cruiser. While changing the fluids everything looked good, but when I was looking over everything for condition corrosion and security I noticed an actuator motor on the rear differential. I don’t have a button or anything in the vehicle.
I know that 80s had a center diff lock wired up with no button, is this like that? All good to go minus the button and wiring to the dash?

If someone has swapped a pre-2000 LC rear axle, then it is possible that it has a rear locker. May be post a couple of pics for us to see?

Same gear ratio as the '98-'99 (4.30) so it's possible. If it has the locked rear axle, you'll just need a rear wiring harness, a control module and a magic dial.
That would be a significant bonus.
