Rear Lift gate glass compatibility. 2010-2018

So I was offered a 2018 body kit for my trusty ol'lc200 for a very reasonable price by my local armoring shop....Like $5.5k. Im pretty set on doing it just want to make sure the rear window is compatible as they say it is. I just dont want to pull the trigger have it arrive then they tell me they need another bulletproof glass. Which would be another 2-3k.

What the difference is, no idea.

Yeah I figured they just change it to make the dealer by more stock

It could be as simple as the tint color/% changing. Other stuff like antennas, heater grid.. lots of stuff can warrant a different part number.

Edit: Besides, how many dealers stock rear glass anyway?
