I'm looking for one the the bendy heater hoses that comes off the heater control valve and bypasses the T-fitting to go straight to the front heater core. I remember seeing a US-based online retailer having them but I can't remember which one...can anyone help me out? This is for a 95 FZJ80. Thanks!

I'm want to reverse the process and put heater back on my LC any picture of how it will look like?

Sorry, I don;t have a diesel.

I'm in Charlotte. Use the Toyota EPC (PartSouq has a copy) and your VIN and you can get an image of the circuit, if you don't have the service manual.

I'm not sure, but the interior HVAC arrangement my be the same as the gasoline engine model for the US. @mudgudgeon might know.

If the HVAC system is the same across all 80 series, and I don;t know why it wouldn't be (I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong), the heater core has two pipes facing the engine that penetrate the firewall and are connected to the heater valve there.

I cannot find a place to hook it up on this side of the engine. I looked near where the thermostat connects, but nothing.

@mudgudgeon. Mine is an LHD from Central America. AC works fine, air blows, I just don't know much about it. Is that something you can guide me thru? Im not an expert

There should be a hard bypass line that goes from the thermostat housing and runs along the block, below the exhaust manifold, and exits uoward behind the turbo.
Rubber hose to link the two

do I need to remove the manifold shield to see it? Mine only has the hole piping coming from the firewall as shown in the previous picture. Should I move the air intake for easier access? Again, I'm not an expert so don't know exactly where to look. I believe they completely removed the line.

If the pipe was there, you'd see it poking up beside the manifold, just behind the turbo.

This is the hard pipe

The small line is for the turbo cooling line

and there is where the issue begins. I don't see that pipe( at least I know now) the second issue is, if they cap it I can't identify where it was been capped from . Does that make any sense?

You two need to go somewhere and get a beer and draw this out on a bevnap. Then come back and post it up for the rest of us ;)

You're both probably within walking distance of each other.
