does anyone know where I can buy oem style fender flare clips ? I bought a 80 series and the flares came off due to all the clips being broken

you can still get them from the dealer. Make sure you specify the year. There were 3 different types of flares available throughout the years and the hardware is all unique to the specific flare style. 91-92 had the more narrow flares. 93-94 had fiberglass thicker flares. 95-97 was same look as the 93 but made out of ABS and different hardware.
I got mine from dealer they were pretty cheap. Sorry forgot part number.
Pull them all and do the molding you can stilll get that as well from dealer. I did black, and I think white may be available. Black looks good on the red that’s color of one of mine.

This is where I ordered all new fender flare hardware for my 94. I removed my flares a few years ago to clean everything underneath and do a full PPF wrap on the car. I was worried some of the hardware might break. That site was pretty easy to navigate and they shipped fast. FYI I don't think I ended up needing to use any of the new hardware as the old stuff was perfectly fine. I still have the new parts sitting in a bag somewhere.
