I'm making a rear deck and am looking at what would be the best way to mount it. So Far the only places are the rear tie down points . I think those would work with large fender washers. The third row seat bolts are not an option as they are exactly on the frame of the box.

I'm looking for additional options.

I am mounting a Tembo Tusk fridge drop slide so I need a strong mounting system to stay put when the fridge is extended and dropped with over 50 lbs exerting force on the mounting system.

The first picture is the under deck configuration. the second and third pictures are the top piece. 3/4 plywood . The last picture is a 1/2 in piece of plywood. I will have a center 12 X 1 for support. Thanks in advance

Look at Dobinson's drawer mounting instructions. I believe they use a small channel strut with u bolts connected to the third row seat latch points and makes a grid to surface mount the drawers or in your case plywood.

That goose gear stuff looks like it has amazing finish and quality. Definitely not a bargain option though...

I’ve used the four centered third row seat latching points on both the 80 and 200. On the 80, I used the actual threaded inserts in the floor to bolt directly into, but in the 200, I made short steel straps to span the gap between the factory bolts and threaded the center of those straps.
