rear brake question

out of nowhere on the way home i noticed some squealing coming out of the rear brake area. What are some things that would cause this? rear drum pads? rear axle bearings? I am going to dig into it further in the morning as its midnight in dallas.

BTW...this is on my 80'Fj40.

broken spring or the clip that holds the shoe on could be dragging on the drum.
