I had a big issue with my rear hard lines. I didn't want to have to spend a bunch of money either. Well I work at an automotive shop and just found some old lines. I cut the ends of and rebent them to what I needed and then reflaired them. In your case I would take off old line go to O'rileys or carquest and kinda match it up

Agreed.

Brakes and steering are never good places to try to save.

It sounded like it was in stock and I haven't had any luck finding a hose locally in stock. Maybe it was for a different application.

Ron B what was the part no. of the O'reilly hose?
dont remember. He matched me one up then he looked the number up on it and told me it was for a KIA sorento (2004) in case I ever needed another one.

Try rockauto.com
Dorman brake lines inexpensive... shipping wasn't great.
