Rear axle wheel seal spring how do I get it back in

The spring popped off but the seal, I'm trying to get it back on. How do you get it back on?

Just push it back in there man.

A little Grease will help it stay put if it’s popping out as you chase it round and round.

Use some little flat head screw drivers and “fiddle” with it for a while. If you get lucky, itll pop right back into place.

Tried both those things, had to give the spring a little stretch. It then wanted to twist like a 8 but held on just fine and made it easy to put back on.
