Rear Air condition

I have bought a tlc 200 model 2008 and I feel that the AC in the back is not cold enough and the air fan is not that strong even on the highest speed while it is very efficient on the front side , is that normal?

Has it ever been in a wreck? U may have a refrigerant leak
