This just happened to me on I-40 by Asheville while pulling the m1101. Right front bottom bolt. Thought another differential had gone on me and was locking up. Used one of the shorter hub bolts to get me the rest of the way home. Freaking scary, but it must have been loose on me for a while because the pads were grabbing unevenly and I've been chasing a judder in the front end. Thought it was tire balance, but it was mostly the pads dragging all cock-eyed.
PSA, check your caliper bolts and torque them. I either left them loose or missed the torque when I rebuilt the front axle about 6 months ago. s*** happens at the most inoppertune times.
