I’m right here in the middle of this and have seen conflicting info regarding the wiring harness...

I have a 96 donor truck swapping lockers into a 97... both are Toyota not Lexus

I’ve read that the wrong should be plug and play and it appears to be... but I’ve also read that some pins in the connectors need to be moved, depending on years- etc..

I’m nearing the end of the swap and don’t want to burn up anything..

Do I have to swap pins or no?

I doubt there is any difference between 1996-1997 locker harness. Just look up the part numbers for the suspect harness and see if they match for both years.
