The only problem i have with this is it wasn't for sale last year...I couldn't find an older LC in this condition and so i decided to go with a 100 series...If i could turn back the clock i'd be all over it.

Sell your 100 and lets make a deal on the FJ62 --- LOL.

OR A TRADE????

PS - Vehicle is located in Northern VA / MD DC AREA.

HEY ALL...Please look over my ad, and let me know your thoughts on reasonable price. I am open to fair offers, or trades.

Please keep a few things in mind.

1. 2FE- Conversion Motor (3FE Automatic Fuel Injection of 2F Block)
2. 110k ORIG. Miles
3. Documented service records from day 1. (1988) - 2nd owner.

Please let me know what fair asking price is...

I am not in ANY need of parting with this truck. Just putting my feelers out.

Could you go over the advantages of this combo engine compared to a 3FE?

2FE-EFI Conversion

Advantages:
1. Increased Gas mileage
2. Increased Torque
3. Increased Horsepower
4. 2" Stroker added from 3FE to 2F.
5. Very Rare only about 25 I know of. Only other one I found for sale was $25k asking price.

Thanks

for that price you need to show pics of the frame ect. and any rust issues with the body...you can get that price but you need to find the right buyer....nice rig .

Do you know the actual mpg, hp, torque numbers? Can you actually feel a difference in acceleration? What does 2 inch stroker mean; more volume in the combustion chamber or higher compression, IDK. Just curious.

2FE-3FE Stroker

Actual gas mileage is approx. 17 mpg / hwy 15/ city . - Not much better.

However, the thing is PEPPY. You can totally feel the difference between the dog of the original 3FE. It drives more like the LX450 or FJ80 series. Quick acceleration, and doesn't lose speed up and down those inclines.

It's actually 2" longer combustion chamber.

It's a cool conversion....check out this link. https://forum.ih8mud.com/80-series-tech/229572-2fe-conversion-2.html

Talks about this different forms and versions of this conversion. Pretty bad a**.

I am uploading motor photos in about 2 seconds. YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS TO BELIEVE IT!!

Here is the pics from the (2F Block) - every NUT / BOLT / BELT etc...was taken apart piece by piece (re-machined & redone to be preventative maintenance including a "BRAND NEW TOYOTA LANDCRUISER HEAD GASKET SET) - Just to be on safe side.

The cool moving parts were painted blue. The cover was painted silver and (2F painted black) - it's very cool looking.

Wait so you used the 2F head instead of the 3FE head??

How does the 2F block mate up to the auto tranny from the 62??

Minor...

EXACTLY!!!

Other than minor - MINOR - modifications the block mated up quite easily. Hence why we did it, and it was a really nice fit.

Ported a few places, small fabrication, and de-smogged the vehicle. But they LINED UP EASY.

The hardest part was the fuel-injectors lining up to the carbureated setup.

What kind of mods did the tranny take?

Just curious why you didn't use the 3fe head as it all would have bolted up without any extra work?
