No idea on year, but the emblem is an earlier year, I think. Not 100% if the steering wheel will fit, but I am pretty sure it will...

Have to ask. You say "no cracks". Does that mean the wheel itself, as well as the cap? My wheel is cracking on the back side at the spokes.

Any chance you have the headlight retention rings or the entire assembly? My last THREE sources have not come through

I do not see any cracks in the wheel or cap. I can take better pics tonight.

What year are you wanting to bolt the red "T" wheel on?

When I did my PS conversion on my '78 40, I got a 55 column w/ red T wheel. My '78 steering bolted right up.
