Radiator Coolant Filling Funnel Kit (1 Viewer)

Does anyone use one of those spill proof Radiator Coolant Filling Funnel Kits? I'm searching online for one but gets confusing with cap sizes. Does anyone have a link to the kit they used or know the cap size for Lexus GX 460?

I have this one I used on my subaru to get rid of some gurgling, and it comes with several different cap styles (and color coded matching parts to make it idiot proof) to mate up to different radiators. I've never had an issue with a little coolant spilled. I just use an average funnel when filling the overflow bottle and keep the engine idling so it circulates.

I’ll never go back to any other method after using the no-spill funnels for bleeding out any air

Sorry to interject, but will filling up the overflow bottle, rad and then running the gx with the heat on high not work?

Shouldn't be an issue. As long as the engine is on and circulating everything.
You may want to check the coolant level after a couple days of driving (not too far).

I’ve done mine 3 times now… mess to a minimum and basically get it done during the change

On mine anyway…the air burping that was going on would have puked plenty of dried cotton candy to clean up later.

I've never used one either, on any vehicle. However this looks like a pressurized brake bleeder kit - something I may get to make the job just a bit easier .
