New Wheel Bearings
New front seals
New Birfields (RCV)
Moly grease in birfields
front brakes
front rotors
front calipers
rear rotors
rear brakes
rear calipers
all new flexible brake lines (longer version from Slee since you will be doing a lift eventually)
New Tires (Duratrac 285/75/16)

I'd check your heater valve if it's the same age as the rad. Here's mine after 18 years.
