So…. The FSM contradicts itself I think. Chance I’m reading it wrong. It says 9 pounds for the alternator bracket bolt that is also the top right bolt for timing cover, but it also says 29 pounds for the 10mm cover bolts (14mm head).

So which is it? That’s a big difference….. what is the general consensus?

base your specs of charts if you are questioning the fsm
ALL hardware torque values are based on od and/or whether its going to steel or al.
