With these tires BFG 275/70/18

Under a 2.5" lift.

Any objections before I pull the trigger?

Haha

Anyways, I don't see anything wrong with your setup. It should look cool. In my opinion those are the best looking 18" wheels that fit the 100 series.

How you going to lift the front 2.5"

My only objection would be those size tires (33") under a high lift will look small. But that is more of a personal opinion.

Slee/OME medium kit. Yeah that's my real concern, is the tires might look a little on the small side. Planning on stripping and painting the wheels black, so that should help.

Slee/OME medium kit

Ok, just be ready for a stink bug look, that kit is not 2.5" all the way around. Your rear is going to be around 1" or more higher than the front, especially with stock weight in the rear. I would personally recommend the Slee/OME medium "level stance" kit.

Do you today have any additional weight, or adding any weight in the near future? Things like front/rear bumpers, winch, dual batteries, hi-lift jack, roof rack, jerry fuel cans, etc?

Roof rack with steel cans, cooler and slider, full length skids and sliders. Second and third row seats are removed though.

Honestly I would skip the front OME t-bars for now. Wait until you got a front bumper and winch. Right now you are just going to stiffen the front end which has more negative effect than positive (both on and off road).

Get the rear springs, OME 860 or 863. Then pick up some struts; OME, Bilstein, Ironman, whatever. Save the t-bar money for later. My $.02 of first hand experience.

FYI. BFG AT's have poor options in 18" diameter when going above 33". You really got to switch to a different tire, or likely to run spacers...

why not run a 34'' tire? BFG makes their AT in a 305/65/18. The KM2s also come in a similar size.

Price difference. The 33s are 800 for 4 the 34s are something like 1300. Plan is to run these until they're spent and by that time have everything else built up to run 35s. Re-gear, front locker etc...

Yes they are. I have the seller talked down to $200 for the set. Did they ever make a 16" wheel in the same style? I'd rather have these in 16 but all I've seen is 6 lug versions.

I believe you can find a 16" split steelie, but i have read there are some tire shops that won't install/balance a tire on a split rim In the middle east the 70 series (same lug pattern) got a 17" steelie wheel, but i have read you cannot get it over here. I think both of those are only middle eastern spec wheels.

There are 16" steel wheels. Maybe Proffitt's Cruisers can get some?
