Hello you guys,,,,,,,,,,,Can anyone tell me if this picture is of an ORIGINAL FUEL line from a 1962 FJ40. I took it off my 40 but not sure it Toyota put it on there back then. It appears to be in great condition. Does anyone recognize it? Also, am trying to stay period correct on my restore. If this is the original fuel line and it is in good condition ( and safe to re-use ) could I get an opinion on if I should use it on the restore or change it out for updated metal lines with new rubber hose. Suggestions would be appreciated on what you guys would do.Thanks, FJFJFJ

The clear lines were original (now hardened and yellow ;)). I haven't looked, but would love to find an ethanol compatible replacement to keep the old look. Subscribed... maybe someone has figured out something already.

Yes, that looks just like the fuel line on our '62...we're still using it.

and the plot thickens

i'm also interested if anyone finds a replacement for the line. i'm not looking too hard, but would be nice to have.
