Question about replacement dashboards (1 Viewer)

Hi guys. I'm looking to buy a GX470 soon as my DD and keep the 80 for fun. Since many of the trucks on the market never got their dash replaced and the warranty list has expired, does anyone know the PNs or cost for the dash and any needed parts? I would be fine doing it myself, but none of the online parts sites list it - and I'd like to know what it's going to cost me.

Cost varies by model but most of the ones we (Toyota) have done are between $1,100 and $1,600 for the dash itself depending on model (retail price). It's a big job but you could definitely do it yourself. When we started it took the guys half the day and now they are down to about 2 hours.

Thanks Sam. Do you where I could find the PN if I need it? I assume there no issue with an individual ordering a dash through a Lexus or Toyota dealership parts counter?

How about 55401-60900 or 55401-60904 followed by C0 C1 or E0 depending on the color. I think the 904 is for mark levinson and the other is for standard audio.
