I was experiencing this and the first shop I took it to argued it was balancing but after rotating and balancing it did not improve. I searched in here and could not find the answer. I suspected it was my passenger CV as it had been replaced 3 years ago by the mechanic who lifted the truck after accidentally ruining the original. They did not use a Toyota part.
After much research, I was convinced it was inner CV joint failure (thanks to YouTube) so I took a chance and bought an OEM CV and got it installed.
The shake is gone. I hope this helps someone in the future.
