I was driving on the interstate with my family, passing a semi-truck. Something flew off and into the windshield. Wasn't sure what it was at first. Assumed it could've been a CB antenna from the semi.
When we stopped, I saw the trim on top of the bumper was missing. I just hope it missed the car behind us, and that it blew off the road.
Never noticed it loose or anything. I think the wind off the semi must've caught it just right.
We also have a FJ80 with it missing for as long as we've had it. Are they known to be prone to coming off? Pretty sketchy.
Should I remove the corner trim pieces?
