Got the new water jet cut dash back in prime today. I hope to get it painted by the weekend. I should have the transmission tunnel done as well. I have this dash saved in Autocad if anyone wants one or a variation of one.

nice, what other crusier related stuff do you have in cad?

Thats it. My buddy can scan just about anything flat then transfer it into autocad, as in my case. I gave him all the real hole dimensions and he corrected all of my hacking. Now everything is perfectly lined up, holes are round and he mirrored one side to the other making sure they are the same. It looks like it should now.
I am sure that he would do just about anything for us and he has a waterjet machine that can cut 1/2" accurately.

Got the transmission/transfer/crawl box tunnel done. It is made from aluminum and there are nutserts in the floor about every 6" for easy removal. I had to take some pics of it unlined because it looks so cool in raw aluminum.

I've been looking for a nutsert setup off and on for a little while, do you have a tool that you like? If so where'd you get it?

this is by far one of the coolest builds yet. let alone it has the fj-80 running gear under it. cant wait to see it in person in moab.

MC is where I get most of that stuff.
KKK, really Jim? Thats not going to sit well with the foreigners.
No shop for me thanks. I have done it and am done paying the governor.
I am thinking of moving to Golden and opening up a 80 series outfitting shop though, Christo needs some competion.

The center cover looks good in LineX as well I think. I got the side steps done as well, and the Bling hood trim on after having it powdercoated clear. Also got the bumper back from the powdercoaters. They did it in glossy black instead of satin butI am tired of redoing crap so its mounted. It will turn satin after a while anyway. Still waiting on the winch. I had the new Warn 9.5Ti bough but it will not fit between the uprights on the bumper. Jason and I did the measurements of an older style 9.5 so I went with the older style winch. No biggie. Got the CB antenna and control done so I can listen to the hecklers.
