IF the availability of the polyurethane mud flap is the production issue, would changing the mounts to use a readily made flap like the rally armor flaps be a possibility? the ability to add and remove the flaps at will is a great idea.
Amazon product ASIN B00C3AIOTY

Those are the rigid plastic ones made from PVC. The urethane one from rally armor are about $130 for a set. I can get the urethane from china for cheaper than that, im just not in the position to order 50 sets worth and risk not being able to sell them all.

It seems like enough people are interested that I'll start getting the ball rolling on this. Let me figure out the min order I'd need to make it worth it then I'll start working on the preorder process.

EVERYONE!! We are doing it. The ASAP Flap group buy is live. Here are the details that can also be found on our site here

We are currently running a group buy of ASAP Flaps. The way this works is we need at minimum 30 orders to make production financially feasible. The group buy will be open for one month (until August 3rd) or possibly a bit longer if only a few more orders are needed to reach 30. If we reach 30+ orders, production will begin shortly after August 3rd. Production takes approximately 1-2 months, but could vary depending on COVID delays (please be patient!). If you decide at any point before your kit ships that you no longer want ASAP Flaps, you will be refunded all but $5 (transaction fees). If we can't reach 30 orders, you will similarly be refunded all but the $5. Storage bags will no longer be included and the flaps will come bare, without logos, but at least 2 stickers will be included that can be placed on the flaps if desired.

I really need your guys help here! I crunched the #s and to make it worth the time, effort, and expense, we need 30 kits sold. I'm going to do my best to keep the momentum going, but if you guys could help out by spreading the word (FB, Insta, etc.), I would really appreciate it! It also helps to hear from past customers about their experience, hopefully positive, with the flaps.

I'll try and periodically update here with what # we're at.

Thanks everyone!

Rami

Also, no intent to be political, but the reason there is a slight price increase is due to tariffs on importing the urethane. I would love to use a USA company for the urethane, but after 6+ months of trying to find a US supplier, the best I could find was nearly $100 per flap and most often it was manufactured in China anyhow. All the other components (metal and hardware) are all sourced from US companies.

I have arb rear bumper, thoughts on whether they will work? If they will I'm in for sure

I'm pretty certain they do work wit the ARB. Maybe someone can chime in? I could also likely tell if you share a photo of the bumper looking into the wheel well where the flaps would go.

Yes, they work with an ARB rear. @Beanzermin was one of the first to get these back when he had his ARB rear. You can check out his build thread.
