You could sleeve it, that has worked well for me in the past on other trucks. Or if you go the custom route, make it adjustable so you could get your rear axle back to where it was before the lift. It shouldn't make much of a difference if it's under a 2" lift, but as you go higher, your rear tires will be moving ever so slightly closer to the front of the truck..

Did you record any of the SCIENCE in your lift???

Height F/R before lift?
Height F/R after lift?
Rear pinion angle before?
Rear pinion angle after?

I measured from the top of the grease cap on the axle to the bottom of the fender.

Before
Driverside front 18.75"
Passenger side 19.25

After
Driverside front 20.75"
Passenger side 21.25

Going to add the winch and bumper. I may have to re index the driverside torsion bar again. Once the added weight is on I will adjust for proper front height.

I didn't measure the pinion angle. I will once I'm done with the armor..

MOVIE #1....This is NOT normal. Something is wrong. I thought I heard some minor tire rub, then the clank clank clank....that truck should be silent on that turn.

The suspension checked out after the run. Please note this is the first time the suspension and vehicle itself has been put to the test. The tire rubs on full compression on the flimsy plastic part of the front bumper that is going away with the TJM install

PHEW! Makes sense. Those bumper/rubbing sounds are the worst!

Video's are great Rodney... Cruiser looks happy. Are you locked in the back? I think I've read this further back. Sunday's run... which one are you going to take? Are you going to bring you kid? I am bringing mine. I think you should bring the 80 series back out.
