After almost getting to the top; this section gave me fits. The granite is at a 90 degree angle. I kept getting hung up on the cross member and rear control arms. I need skid plates on the undercarriage! Tor's SWB had no problems

How about improvising? You should put some rocks next to the ledge and try to drive over them. It's wet, I know... Rocks + winch would probably do.
Face it: for this kind of trails SWB bastards will always be better than a 100, no matter what you do

Thought about stacking rocks but that is for pussies
and ruins it for the others who use the trail. Tor who was in the FJ40 wanted to drag me over it, but I want to wait until I have some protection underneath.Rodney if you had stacked rocks you would have never heard the end of it. Rock stacking pussies. Sheesh. If you can't get your cadillacs over the rocks get your asses back on the forest services roads. But God help us all....don't stack rocks! If you can't make it...that means you need an upgrade somewhere.

Upon further review.
Here is some scraping of the lower control arm. This is what I was hung up on. I also bent it. Need to upgrade them some how..

Shotts came up with some easy mods to address this. Weld a plate on the mount and weld angle iron to the lower arms. Here's a link to his pics: http://shottscruisers.smugmug.com/gallery/958316/1/44066632

Yep...the weak spot. Those lower arms. Straighten that bent one in a press then weld on that angle iron like I did. 
Don't forget the 3/8 steel plate on the front side of the arm mount too.

100 series on lake isabel trail
Actually, I have had my 100 series on that trail. Did you go accross the log bridge? I haven't gone past the log bridge in my 100, but have been to the top with my 80 that I had. Past the bridge is not so 100 series freindly.
