Project 1969 FJ 40 if anyone is interested

This is located in Phoenix AZ
This is a 1969 FJ40 my uncle has in his back yard that he is looking to get rid of I would love to make a buggy out of it but don't have the time or money right now and have 2 kids under the age of 2 so timing is wrong. So I told him I would post up if someone is interested. I don't think he is looking for much for it and the body and frame are in pretty good shape. There is a block but no head on the engine so it would be a perfect 8v swap.

Yes the gun comes with it....I think he was thinking 5-600 but not sure. he wants it out of his yard.
