2. Armrest and center console refresh kit. This would include 2 arm rests and 1 center console with new leather covers. I will send you my old ones as core. You can have my stuff now to recover and build templates from. I want a kit so you can get cores back quickly. These wear much quicker than seat covers. Sale price between $350 and $450. I will install.
No experience with this company nor how well the leather matches but I've seen this:

After dealing with all the cost and hassle and frustration of doing the wiring for my dual battery setup, I think there might be a market for someone to come up with a complete package to add a dual battery. I had to chase down a bunch of different wire size, length, connections, etc that made it very expensive and a big hassle.

I didn't realize how expensive or time consuming the job was going to be before I started, so perhaps I would've looked at the price of such a kit and passed thinking I could do it cheaper myself. With hindsight, I'd definitely buy a kit!!!

I am currently working on a drawer system...that is for my everyday use. 4 drawers... The bottom 2 will be 4-5" deep 20wx40l. The top 2 I'm not sure about yet. It's going to be less than 12" from floor of Truck to the over all top of the shelves, because I don't really want it to be seen from the outside. The top will pretty much go from the back door to the back of the seat and go over the wheel humps to the outside walls of the truck. I'm making it out of 3/4 and 1/2 fully sanded plywood.
The one advantage I have over most is...I work in construction and with someone who has been a cabinet maker since his childhood. And we have a boatload of cabinet drawer slides laying around I will save money on that.
I am going to bolt it to the 3rd row seat mounts. Fairly sure I'm going to carpet at least the top. Also trying to work out some kind of sides for the top. I want to be able to put groceries and other packages on the top and not have them slide through a window. Finally I have to work out the latches. I guess I need to start a build thread.

Another product would be a key shell made out of metal. Basically a full metal key, then key shell case of metal with the remote inside. No more broken keys.

Add on seat/mirrors/steering wheel memory......I've had cars 10 years older that's had seat memory

Like said before, you can buy aftermarket seat heaters and install them in 2nd row, and use OEM switches for clean look. Slee used to carry a kit, but i didn't see it on the site anymore.

pretty sure this exists currently. there was a thread in the past year where someone found metal key shells online - possibly eBay?

-- I would like to see an affordable version of the tailgate storage since I still use 3rd row seats often and cargo drawers isn't an option for me. seems like dead unusable space that could really benefit from being able to stick something in there, even if it's just bungee cords and a first aid kit. I also wish the stock cubbys at rear cargo actually held something instead of being so puny.

-- I'd also like to see a kit for a clean installed light on the upper hatch, so when you're in back you can illuminate the tailgate and surrounding area.

-- My steering wheel is looking horrible and the current solutions of a bulky cover and non-matching re-skinning don't seem up to par with OEM look/feel, especially for a Cruiser.

-- More options for front suspension lift and travel. Considering the Cruiser is the flagship of Toyota, aftermarket vendors are really sucking it up when it comes to upgrades in this area, yet seem to cover everything else. Would like to see a true long-travel kit and a SAS kit.

I've contemplated the rear seat heater idea many times. Totally doable, but for those of us with rear heat we'd need a clean place to mount the switches as we don't have a blank space on the back of the center console.

I'd also like to majorly second a true long travel kit. I realize custom axles would be expensive, but I'm sure it would be worth it. Flared front fenders, anyone?

Rear Tailgate Storage Solution - The $55 version

80 series but should work on a 100 series

Eternity key was pisted awhile back

Something like the JLAudio Stealthbox for the 100. It would be great to have a prefab molded enclosure to fit a 10" or 12" subwoofer in the back like the sequoia and 4Runner. I've put enclosures in my last two cargo drawer builds but IMO it is tough to beat the acoustics or the utility of the side panel enclosure .

STeps like this for the stock bumper. Should be a ton of them in junk yards off wrecked chevy trucks.

Something like this for the tailgate. People sit on my tailgate all the time. One of these that run from side to side and make the tailgate even more comfortable.

Drop in glass front projector headlights designed for use with LED's. Say goodbye to HID's! I just put leds in the standard reflector housing in my 99. They're bright but they could be much better!

Cargo cover. Not the one unicorn Toyota sells for upwards of $700. maybe something we can retrofit from other Toyotas.

I just don't understand why they never sold them. Every other "lesser" toyota SUV has them.I hate not being able to hide my cargo from prying eyes.

I'd be into this as well. I'm also thinking of adding a fixed solar panel up top so an option with that would be great. I'm going to be piece-mealing mine after summer.

If I had to do it over again I would definitely forego the 2nd battery. Not needed at all for our type of travel and camping where we rarely stay parked for more than a day or two at a time. A large single Group 31 and a 100W solar panel up on the roof would've been the perfect setup.

Hindsight, x2.... :)
