That’s $1k cheaper than it’s listing in Augusta, GA.

When we were shopping a couple weeks back we entertained going over there to look at it since Augusta isn’t that far from us but we used that time to look at one that was more in our price range. I wonder what the story on it is, dignitaries or rappers?
