Found a nice 99 LC, 112000 miles, no rust, rear locker, timing belt done by dealer. What's the going market rate?

I'm in the market right now … I've seen similar in really good condition (records, one-two owners, no offroad, etc) sell from ~$11k-$16k in the last 4 weeks.

I would say $12k would be top. The color and rear air and not having fender flares would bump it up.
