Pre-Purchase Inspection options in Spokane for a 2006 LC (1 Viewer)

I'm flying to look at a 2006 Land Cruiser in Spokane. After going through the complete dealer service history, conversations with the owner, and pictures it looks like a good vehicle, and we agreed on a price. I've purchased many 3rd gen 4runners but never a LC, I've read through Slee's 100 series buying guide. I'm contemplating getting a PPI before I fly in to avoid any hidden gotcha's as to avoid paying for a round-trip airfare for a vehicle I may not buy. Any suggestions for a good shop or another IH8Mudder in Spokane who could do a PPI?

Normally I'd skip a PPI, but this is my first LC and I'm paying a bit to fly in to purchase it.
