Hi, My name is Shorne.
I need some help with my power steering on my BJ40. I have just transfered it from another BJ42 and the bolts for the pulley don't line up (see attatched photos). The car is right hand drive. Can anyone tell me or make a suggestion as to what i can do??? Some photos with the correct positioning would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Do you have the correct tensioner pully bracket ? I think there is a difference, depending on whether you have the oil cooler or not ?? Difficult to tell from those pics but your bracket seems to be at a different angle than mine.

In this pic you can see the empty 3 holes

Don't have a full frontal pic of it fitted at the moment but will gladly take some if you need

Thanks mate. Will have to investigate further about the brackets.

Curious where did you get the ps pump bracket and is it for the B or the 3B engine?
Thanks,
John

Looking at your pics again, I think you used the wrong bolts and should try shifting the top 2 holes of the bracket towards 15h00 by 1 bolt only.Your bracket is too far left at the top
