power steering conversion

I have a 72 fj40 is there a bracket out there for the steering pump or do I have to make one? Also what about a double pulley to run a seperate belt for the pump? I'm new at this help would be very appreciated.:steer:

the short answer to your question is yes. several aftermarket vendors make a pump bracket and i'm pretty sure there's a solution or two for the pulley also.

these are for a saginaw setup. some people run these pumps with the minitruck setup, but most don't reccomend it if your running larger than stock tires. a sag box on the front frame rail will work better with bigger tires. there's a grainger part number somewhere for the correct width pulley. use the search function in the upper righthand corner and you can pretty much find anything. good luck.
