Recently replaced head unit and bypassed amplifier. My antenna was working flawlessly before replacing radio. Things are working pretty well now, my power antenna goes up when radio turns on, goes down when radio turns off.... BUT.... it doesn't always go up all the way, and if I try and manually operate it with up\down buttons, I'm finding that the maximum height is not always in the same place. Odd.

This may not help, but have you ever cleaned the Antenna with a rag and WD40?
