I'm having trouble posting pics since I've switched from my PC laptop to an iMac. The photos would come from my phone to my computer (both) and I never had problems posting pics that were the original size taken on my iPhone 6. I can't do it with my iMac using OS10 and Safari. Assuming it was the OS or Safari, I started a thread, but no responses.

I've taken a couple of pics off of the internet and they (smaller size) had no problems uploading on the iMac. The pics I transfer from phone to iMac are original size, but that made no different with the PC. Could the file size of a standard pic using an iPhone 6 matter?

@Beau Diddly I doubt that we have the same issues, but...

Are the pics from the phone actually moving over to the iMac? I keep having a problem where they won't transfer every few weeks. This fixes it.

I also have an issue with pics showing up in Photos on the macbook pro, but not being in Photos when I "upload file" here. All I've found to do for that is drag the pic to the desktop and then drag it to MUD. I'm not sure what makes it start working again when it does.

Yes. Start a post. Select the orange Upload File tab. Click Choose File. It'll give you the option to take a photo, open Photos, or go to iCloud Drive. Take a photo is exactly what it sounds like. Photo Library opens the photo app and lets you select a pic you've already taken.
