OK, I finally found some rust. All over my sliders where I rock-rashed off the powder coat. Otherwise still nada.
I did a thorough inspection last night...Lucy is blushing...and there is no rust. Northern Utah and Wyoming are Lucy's last homes. Lots of Salt and snow. Now it's up to me keep the maintenance legacy alive.

Finally bit the bullet and pulled off all the flares.
The main reason I pulled them is that I suspected they were ideal rust accelerators. The only place I found rust was underneath both back door flares. Tiny little rust seedlings only a millimeter or 2 in diameter. About a 6 or seven per side. I took the wire wheel to it then to line-x.

Mine is from OH and NY so I could probably post a load of pics a few on the sheet metal, the rest on the suspension, frame and misc. in the engine compartment. If you're really that interested I'll be unemployed on Monday so I'll have some time on my hands.
