Its not too often that you can get a picture of these four together. Were just missing a troopy! The BJ70 is beginning its journey down to Tennessee tomorrow evening. Going to miss that truck as I grew up with the thing.

Haven't posted in here yet... just finished my suspension and new wheels and am blown away by the transformation my troopie has made since I got it.
It literally looks and feels like a new truck, and is quickly becoming my daily driver, especially as diesel is now cheaper than regular here in WA state!
I really can't think of a better looking rig than a 70 series.

Where does one find a decent example for sale in the states and what is an average cost? I have always loved this truck but have never seen one anywhere. I have limited internet access so don't have endless hours to google.

Sir, what mods did you made to your suspension? Tires?
Hear is my girl after the accident . Minor moods since then is the Arb front bumper but cut the side bull bars off plus the light force lamps . Go the denso winch from ken thanks mate again. But waiting for synthetic rope to arrive then will get it fitted hope u like .

1977 FJ40 Second owner Have had it 20+ years Bought it stock. Major initial build in 1997-98. Drove for 8 years. Rotted outside for 2-3. Been rebuilding slowly for 3 years.
Last 3 years:
Power steering
Spring over axel shackle reversal knuckle turn
383 stroker rebuild
Wiring harness
New stereo/lights / interior
Rear Disc brake/proportioning valve
Traction bars

I just joined/found this forum I can't wait to upload pics of my rig hj75 with turbo, gets a good workout (from nth qld australia, real country)
