I don't how good I am. I guess I've just looked at way too many FJ40s over my lifetime and the image of an uncut fender is burned in my brain. My wife thinks I need to seek professional help as every evening I peruse every cruiser site that I know of just looking for new ideas.

yeaaa im soo glad they have yotas out here, and fjc i seen a black one down town bagdad i kinda had to cut if off , right hand steer , it my 5 one i have seen out here , butt paul is right go to the mettings its like AA , just to think being on a trail again is gonn be like !

Stock FJ62 springs and i took the main leaf from a FJ60 pack and cut the spring bushing ends off and used that as a long add a leaf.
 
Ok I did it. Went ahead and pulled the top off since it has been so nice out. It was great to have the wind in my hair again. Decided to take this pic and have named it................TOPLESS BY THE POOL!
